Commissions Timeline
Not all suppliers are equal, but with that being said, most of them deliver commissions on time. Below is a list of when you can expect your commissions, per supplier category.
Florida Destinations

These suppliers deliver commissions 14-21 days after your client has traveled. If you do not see your reservation in the system two months after travel, please use the commission research form below.
Cruise Lines
​
These suppliers deliver commissions after the cruise is paid in full. Group commissions come in after the sail date. All cruise commissions are held until after the sail date. If you do not see your reservation in the system two months after travel, please use the commission research form below.
Other Domestic Travel
​
These suppliers deliver commissions 21-31 days after your client has traveled. If you do not see your reservation in the system two months after travel, please use the commission research form below.
All-Inclusives​
​
These suppliers deliver commissions 21-31 days after your client has traveled. If you do not see your reservation in the system two months after travel, please use the commission research form below.
Hotels​
​
Hotel commissions can be the most frustrating. They have a tendency to wait months after the client has traveled to acknowledge receipt of travel and pay commissions. These commissions can take up to 6 months to pay out. If you do not see your reservation in the system five months after travel, please use the commission research form below.
International Suppliers
​
These vary greatly depending on the supplier, but most of our approved suppliers deliver commissions with three months of travel. If you do not see your reservation in the system four months after travel, please use the commission research form below.
Un-Approved Suppliers​
Using a supplier not approved by the agency is against agency rules Unless the supplier is approved, prior to booking the travel, it is not authorized and the agent will not receive the commission for that sale. The agent may also be terminated from the agency.
Six-Month Window
If an agent does not send an inquiry about a missing commission within six months after the last day the agent's client has traveled, that commission will be considered voided and it will not be the responsibility of the agency to research that commission.
