2022 Review

This is our first Major FAM trip since the start of Covid wiped out our plans for 2020 and 2021.  This year's comeback agency FAM is a gift to you.  We are covering the cost of tickets for you, our agents, as well as professional photography (They've been a BIG hit in the past) to help boost your creativity and grow your brand.  



Q:  Are guests allowed to come?
A:  Absolutely!  Please note, your guest will not be able to attend agency workshops, tours, or agent exclusive events.

Q:  How do I sign up?
A:  Click any of our registration buttons on this page to get started!

Q:  How do I sign up multiple guests?
A:  There is no need to register multiple guests.  You'll register yourself, as the agent, and your guests will join you separately.

Q:  Can I Make Payments?
A:  No, we are not allowing payment options at this time.
Q:  What does my 2022 Fall Workshop fee include?
A:  It includes our conference, meal voucher, gifts, and ticket merchandise.

Q:  What if I pay but need to cancel?
A:  You can cancel within 7 days of registration.  After that the cost of the trip is Non-refundable.

Q.  Can I share a room with another agent?
A.  Yes, if you and an agent would like to split a room, please email agentsupport@gatewaytravel.com using our link at the bottom of this page!

Q.  How do I book pre and post-night stays?
A.  You can book pre and post nights through our group after you've been given your reservation number.  The reservation number will be provided after we receive full payment for your room.

Q.  Can I bring my children?
A.  Absolutely!  Though they will not be able to attend GT Agent Exclusive tours and meetings, they are welcome to stay with you and your guest, in the stateroom. It is the agent's responsibility to ensure childcare is available during agent activities.  Children will not be allowed.

Q.  Are transfers included?
A.  No, transfers are not included from MCO or Sanford.  They can be booked through a third party or directly through Universal's website or call center after you receive your reservation number.  You may also share a cab, Lyft, or Uber to your destination.

Q.  Can I book my own hotel or resort?
A.  Yes, you may book your own room at a separate property.  You will be responsible for all transportation to and from your resort to all agent activities.  You will be responsible for only your agent registration fee.  

Q.  Is Airfare included?
A.  No, airfare is not included.

Q.  What if I don't want to have professional pictures done?

A.  Even though we know through experience that pictures at destinations your travel to are HUGE for your business, we will not be forcing any agents to join us for these times.
